Dahlia - Double Gold
For longer than I can remember, Dahlias have been my very most favorite flower. Their bright colors, symmetry and hardiness makes them ideal for just about any garden.
Below are some shots I took on a recent trip down to North Hampton, New Hampshire where we visited the Fuller Gardens in early June. The bed was just beginning to bloom during our visit.
If interested in acquiring a Fine Art image, email me. They can be purchased at paper prints, matted prints with either white or black matte, metal prints, or just about any other form. Prices start at $25 for an 8x8 print. Eventually these will be available on my web page.

It appears 2025 is a “bumper year” for dogwood trees. They have stood out during all our travels around NH and Maine this year.
Just steps from the ocean, Fuller Gardens is a hidden gem on New Hampshire’s Seacoast. Once part of a summer estate, this botanical oasis bursts with thousands of blooming roses, lush English borders, a tranquil Japanese garden, and a vibrant tropical conservatory—all set within elegant, sculpted hedges. A must-see for garden lovers!
Entry fee into the garden is very reasonable at $12, Seniors at $10. Take your time to wander the gardens and greenhouse, make use of their benches to rest and enjoy.
