The “Gotta-Go!” Page
A couple of critical parts of selling photographic images is proofing and exhibiting. Proofing occurs early on in the process and often results in near “acceptable” products when dealing with metal, acrylic or canvas prints. Most often, these prints, which I purchase from professional print labs, are okay but not the tonality I want. Being a “cheap” individual, instead of destroying them, they tend to stack up until I can not longer tolerate it and then they must “go.”
Exhibiting can also be an issue for an artist. The more traveled an artwork is, the more wear and tear some artwork starts to exhibit. Other artworks just have a higher price-point than the viewing public was willing to spend, especially in the 2023-2024 seasons. These pieces would normally be retired and taken out of circulation, ending up on my home and studio walls. But, eventually they get filled as well. So what to do to remedy this situation?

These are iPhone images I took on the morning of March 4, 2025 of the canvas print . It is currently stored in an archive truck in my “dry” basement. Don’t judge the color on these cell phone copies - these are to show the quality of the materials.
